一、学校概况
I. School Overview

西南财经大学天府学院创办于2002年，前身为西南财经大学电子商务学院，是经教育部批准设立的独立学院，完整继承了原西南财经大学电子商务学院的全部师资和管理队伍。经过二十余年深耕发展，学院已构建起完善的应用型本科人才培养体系，现开设本科专业44个、专科专业32个，涵盖经济学、管理学、工学、文学、艺术学、法学、医学、教育学八大学科门类，在校生逾3.6万人，办学规模位居同类院校前列。在中国校友会最新排名中，学院位列中国独立学院综合排名第15位、中国财经类独立学院第2位。

学院在成都、德阳、绵阳三地设有四个校区，占地总面积1967亩。成都校区分为成都东区和成都西区，均位于成都市成华区东三环路二段龙潭总部经济城内；德阳校区位于德阳市罗江区；绵阳校区坐落在中国科技城绵阳市。高铁40分钟串联成德绵四校区。

国际学生统一安排在成都东校区就读，校区地址为成都市成华区龙港路399号。

Tianfu College of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics was established in 2002, formerly known as the School of E-commerce of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. It is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, having fully inherited all faculty and administrative teams from the original School of E-commerce. After more than two decades of dedicated development, the college has established a comprehensive applied undergraduate talent cultivation system, offering 44 undergraduate programs and 32 associate degree programs across eight major disciplines: Economics, Management, Engineering, Literature, Arts, Law, Medicine, and Education. With over 36,000 enrolled students, its academic scale ranks among the top in its peer institutions. In the latest ranking by the China Alumni Association, the college ranks 15th overall among China's independent colleges and 2nd among finance-related independent colleges in China.

The university has four campuses in Chengdu, Deyang, and Mianyang, covering a total area of 1,967 mu. The Chengdu campus is divided into the East Chengdu Zone and West Chengdu Zone, both located within the Longtan Headquarters Economic City on Section 2 of the East Third Ring Road in Chenghua District, Chengdu; the Deyang campus is situated in Luojiang District, Deyang City; and the Mianyang campus is located in Mianyang City, China Science and Technology City. The four campuses are connected by high-speed rail in just 40 minutes.

International students are uniformly enrolled at the Chengdu East Campus, located at No.399 Longgang Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu City.

Tianfu University is one of the earliest institutions of its kind in China to implement international education, boasting a fully English-speaking faculty and a well-established student services system. III. Admissions Information

其他费用如下：报名费600元，注册费600元，住宿费2,000元/年，书本费1,500元/年。体检费、医疗保险费、签证办理费按实际发生金额收取

Notes:The registration fee is 600 yuan.Accommodation fee: ¥2,000 per year; Textbook fee: ¥1,500 per year.The medical examination fee, medical insurance premium, and visa processing fee shall be charged based on actual expenses.

五、住宿条件
IV.Accommodation Conditions

国际学生统一安排入住成都东校区学生公寓，具体地址：成都市成华区龙港路399号。

住宿费2,000元/年。

四人标准间配置，设有空调、独立卫浴、热水器、网络接口，家具包括上床下桌组合柜、桌椅、衣柜。公寓配有洗衣房等公共设施。
International students will be accommodated uniformly in the student apartments at Chengdu East Campus, located at No.399 Longgang Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu.

The accommodation fee is 2,000 yuan per year.

The standard four-person room is equipped with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a water heater, and internet access. Furniture includes a bed-and-desk combination cabinet, tables and chairs, and wardrobes. The apartment also features shared facilities such as a laundry room.

六、地理位置与交通
VI. Geographical Location and Transportation

成都东校区位于成都市成华区龙潭总部经济城内，交通十分便利。

航空出行便捷。成都拥有天府国际机场和双流国际机场两座国际机场，距校区均约30-40分钟车程，国际航线覆盖全球多个主要城市。

高铁网络通达全国。从校区出发约15分钟车程可达成都东站（西南地区最大综合交通枢纽），约20分钟车程可达成都南站，高铁可便捷前往重庆、西安、北京、上海、昆明等各大城市。

城市轨道交通便利。校区周边分布有地铁17号线高洪站等多个站点，乘坐地铁可便捷通达成都市中心、各大商圈及主要景区。

The Chengdu East Campus is located in the Longtan Headquarters Economic City within Chenghua District, Chengdu, offering excellent transportation accessibility.

Air travel is convenient. Chengdu boasts two international airports—Tianfu International Airport and Shuangliu International Airport—both located approximately 30–40 minutes by car from the campus, with international flight routes covering numerous major cities worldwide.

The high-speed rail network covers the entire country. From the campus, it takes approximately 15 minutes by car to reach Chengdu East Station (the largest integrated transportation hub in southwestern China), and about 20 minutes to reach Chengdu South Station. High-speed rail provides convenient access to major cities such as Chongqing, Xi'an, Beijing, Shanghai, and Kunming.

The urban rail transit system is highly convenient. Multiple stations, including Gaohong Station on Metro Line 17, are located around the campus, providing easy access to downtown Chengdu, major commercial districts, and key tourist attractions via subway.
七、中国文化体验
VII. China Cultural Experience

成都地处世界文化遗产聚集区的中心地带，周边环绕青城山—都江堰、乐山大佛—峨眉山、九寨沟等众多世界级文化与自然遗产，享誉全球的成都大熊猫繁育研究基地距校区仅约10分钟车程。学生可借助成都便捷的高铁和地铁网络，在日常课余时间轻松自主地探索和体验这些文化瑰宝。

与此同时，学院将组织巴蜀特色文化体验与实践活动，如川剧变脸体验、茶文化之旅、川菜烹饪体验、世界遗产实地考察等，帮助学生在亲身参与中深入感受中国文化的魅力。

Situated at the heart of a global concentration of World Cultural Heritage sites, Chengdu is surrounded by numerous world-class cultural and natural landmarks such as Mount Qingcheng–Dujiangyan, the Leshan Giant Buddha–Mount Emei, and Jiuzhaigou. The world-renowned Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding and Research Base is just a 10-minute drive from the campus. Students can easily explore and experience these cultural treasures independently during their free time, thanks to Chengdu's convenient high-speed rail and subway networks.

Meanwhile, the college regularly organizes cultural experience and practical activities featuring Sichuan characteristics, such as Sichuan opera face-changing demonstrations, tea culture tours, Sichuan cuisine cooking experiences, and field visits to World Heritage sites, enabling students to deeply appreciate the charm of China's culture through hands-on participation.

The college boasts a fully English-speaking faculty and student support team, providing comprehensive assistance and guarantees throughout the entire process—from application and enrollment to graduation. From pre-admission orientation, to academic guidance and adaptation support during campus life, as well as academic counseling and assistance during studies, the college has established a robust support system to ensure that every international student smoothly integrates into their academic and daily life in China.

1. 非中国籍公民，持有有效外国护照；

2. 年满18周岁；

3. 持有高中毕业证书或同等学历证明；

4. 无犯罪记录，符合入学健康要求；

5. 具备相应授课语言的足够能力（本科项目需英语水平证明，语言项目需中/英文基础）。

1.Citizens who are not Chinese nationals must hold a valid foreign passport;

2.Be at least 18 years of age;

3.Holding a high school graduation certificate or equivalent academic qualification;

4.No criminal record and meeting the health requirements for enrollment;

5.Demonstrate sufficient proficiency in the required teaching language (English proficiency certification is required for undergraduate programs; foundational knowledge in either Chinese or English is required for language programs).

1. 护照复印件（有效期须至少覆盖入学年份结束后6个月以上）；

2. 高中毕业证书及成绩单（非中英文文本须提供公证翻译件）；

3. 语言能力证明（对应所选授课语言）；

4. 个人陈述（不超过500字）；

5. 推荐信一封（由中学教师或所在学校出具）；

6. 健康体检报告（入学注册前提交）；

7. 无犯罪记录证明。

1. Copy of passport (valid for at least six months beyond the end of the enrollment year);

2.High school graduation certificate and academic transcript (for non-Chinese/English documents, a notarized translation must be provided);

3. Language proficiency certificate (for the selected teaching language);

4. Personal Statement (no more than 500 words);

5. One letter of recommendation (issued by a high school teacher or the school);

6. Health examination report (to be submitted before enrollment registration);

7. No criminal record certificate.

XII. Application Process

1. 将在线申请表及全部申请材料提交至国际教育学院招生邮箱；

2. 招生办公室审核材料，3-5个工作日内反馈审核结果；

3. 审核通过后，向申请人发放正式录取通知书；

4. 申请人缴纳学费，确认入学资格；

5. 学校协助申请人办理来华留学签证（X1/X2类）及相关材料；

6. 申请人持录取通知书及有效签证抵蓉，办理入学注册手续，正式入学。

1.Submit the online application form and all required documents to the admissions email address of the International Education College.

2.The Admissions Office reviews the submitted materials and provides feedback on the review results within 3–5 working days.

3.Upon approval, the formal admission letter will be issued to the applicant.

4.The applicant pays the tuition fees and confirms their admission eligibility;

5.The school assists applicants in obtaining the China Student Visa (Category X1/X2) and the required supporting documents.

6.The applicant arrives in Chengdu with the admission letter and a valid visa, completes enrollment registration procedures, and officially begins their studies.
